Really had very nice stay for the family vacation. Clean hotel with incredibly nice staff and great breakfasts.

Appreciated that the hotel was fabulous and had supper friendly stuff during check-out. Stayed in a deluxe room, it was attractive and with modern design.

The location is great and brilliant for exploring Pasir Puteh.

Clean, low cost hotel, I enjoyed extremely spacious rooms and outstandingly friendly staff. I booked a room with a very comfy bed, a balcony and an iron. The service was good, I had 2 peaceful nights here.

The room was brand-new, large and complete with balcony and bath tub, as for instance. The food was outstanding and we enjoyed the variety. The really friendly staff gave good recommendations. It was adjacent to Kuala Besut, the ferry port of Besut, which for location, was ideal, and beach and kuala, favourable location overall.

The breakfast offered was great with croissants, pastries, white bread, couldn't have asked for more. The location was particularly good for exploring Pasir Puteh. Actually everything was nice, my next choice again in Pasir Puteh.

Nicely designed and good standard place, it has accommodating staff with effective check in and check out services. The atmosphere of the hotel is family.

The location was great, quite far from the cafe! Our room was wonderful and beautiful and bathroom was large.

We had a great time here! The location was perfect for us, right near the beach and away from the hustle and bustle of the main area. The service was top-notch, especially the receptionist who made check-in and check-out a breeze. Our room was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even a balcony. We also appreciated the in-room safe and free toiletries provided.

We highly recommend this place for families, even though the breakfast options were a bit limited. No complaints though, our kids loved the swimming pool and game room.

The hotel was very new and not yet fully operational. There were many crew still at work completing various uncompleted tasks such as electrical wiring and making sure that the toilet fixtures work properly. However, the rooms were large compared to the standard hotel rooms and the staff friendly and congenial. While the location of the hotel was ideal, the directions to the hotel needs considerable improvement especially from Pasir Puteh.

The directions to the hotel was bad. There needs to be better signs from Pasir Puteh. I was lost on the way and had to ask local residents three times before I finally located the hotel.

Nice location, nice room and very comfortable.

Food need more variety

The rooms are spacious and come with climate control, an individual safe, and a sitting area. The resort is conveniently located near downtown, just a 10-minute walk away. We made a reservation at Sutera Bayu Coffee House, the on-site restaurant.
